Project Overview
New construction of large tilt wall warehouse. Slab on grade consisted in grade beams and footing that tied into existing auger cast piers provided by others. Slab pours averaged 20,000 SF with performing two pours per week. Panels were cast on the foundation and averaged approximately 10,000-15,000 SF per pour. Site paving averaged 40,000 SF pours with completing two pours per week.

Completion date
2023-09-01T&D Moravits was brought on board well after the project started due to the previous concrete contractor not being able to fulfill their contract. This put T&D up against an escalated project schedule to get the project back on track. The site for the project encountered heavy rainfall during construction. This resulted in multiple reworks for T&D while maintaining the already tight schedule.
