Project Overview
This is another project being performed by both our Commercial and Multi-Family divisions. The project is a multi-family apartment complex consisting of apartment foundations, an elevated podium deck and a separate foundation for the parking garage.

2019-05-31Parking garage has 71 piers, main structure has 111 piers. Main structure has a 11"/14" concrete podium deck with post tensioned cables and rebar. T&D Moravits' Commercial division is constructing the parking garage foundation and Building "A" portion of the apartments; our Multi-Family division is constructing the Building "B" portion of the project which includes a 27,600 SF post-tensioned slab on grade foundation.
