Huebner Oaks Apartments

5-Level post tension cast-in-place parking garage with wrap around apartments. The two large apartment building foundations included concrete retaining walls to create split level foundations with multiple sequenced pours.

T&D Moravits provided a turnkey concrete solution for the Huebner Oaks Apartments with scopes completed by both our Commercial and Multi-Family divisions as well as providing turnkey tower crane operations for the project. The Commercial division completed the 5-story parking garage in the center of two large building foundations constructed by our Multi-Family group.
